By creating an account, requesting a photo, or sending a response in the GeoShutter app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2. Use of the Service

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
• You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Photo Requests and Responses

• When sending a photo, you confirm that you have the right to capture and share it.
• Do not capture or share photos that contain personally identifiable information of third parties without consent, that depict private property without permission, or that violate any applicable law.
• GeoShutter may remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

4. Payments and Rewards

Rewards, charges, and withdrawals are processed through third-party payment providers. By using these features you also agree to the terms of the applicable payment provider.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content you grant GeoShutter a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and display that content as required to operate the Service.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• No harassment, hate speech, or illegal content.
• No attempts to compromise the security or integrity of the Service.
• No use of the Service to track or surveil individuals without their consent.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. GeoShutter is not liable for content submitted by users or for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
